  • Participants are required to participate in all therapeutic/education group and written exercises.
  • Relearning the power of discipline and accountability from scratch.
  • Identifying self-medicators and hidden micro addictions.
  • Understanding what a personality is and how your family of origin has shaped it.
  • S.W.O.T. / Extensive evaluation of each participants personal Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats.
  • Family mapping. Identifying patterns and events in the family linage that can examine our past and project our future.
  • Fentanyl awareness and education
  • Learning the importance of financial literacy and strategy for career development.
  • The open setting in all exercises allows the participants the freedom to exchange ideas and receive feedback in real time.
  • Micro interventions allow instructors to ask participants the tough questions needed for change. 
  • Remembering and reflecting on specific trauma or weigh stations that have had the most impact.
  • In depth look and explanation at the brain disease of addiction.
